How we work
Frisco Excavation Co is an excavation contractor focused on Frisco, TX and the surrounding towns. We keep the focus narrow on purpose: earthwork on the Blackland Prairie is its own problem, and doing it well means understanding how the local clay, rock, and drainage behave before a machine ever moves. It usually starts with a conversation about your project. The more you can tell us about standing water, slope, existing structures, and access, the more useful that first talk is.
From there, most jobs need a look at the ground conditions. That can mean reviewing a soil report if one exists, arranging utility locates before any digging, and thinking through how the season and recent weather affect access. On expansive clay, timing matters: the same lot digs very differently in a dry August than after a spring downpour. We would rather plan around that than fight it mid-job.
What a caller can expect
When you reach out, expect questions before answers. We would rather understand the site than quote a number blind, because on Frisco soil the variables — depth to rock, drainage patterns, how much fill a lot needs to reach grade — are what drive the cost and the schedule.
